Service Description

Diagnostic Inspection — £75 Professional fault finding and diagnosis of your campervan’s electrical, heating, water or other conversion systems. The diagnostic inspection includes up to 1 hour of fault-finding. Where the fault can be identified and repaired within the agreed diagnostic time, we will do our best to complete the repair during the same appointment, subject to the required parts, equipment and repair being practical to carry out at the time. If additional diagnostic time is required, this will be charged at £60 per hour, with your approval before any additional time is undertaken. Where a repair requires replacement parts, specialist components or additional workshop time, we will explain what is required and provide a clear quotation where appropriate. The vehicle may then need to be booked back into the workshop for the repair. Our aim is to diagnose the fault and, wherever possible, get your camper back up and running during the same visit.
