The TBB-SF100-30 is a high-performance MPPT solar charge controller designed to maximize solar energy utilization with advanced maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technology. - Smart Communication & Monitoring: Equipped with RS485, CAN, and built-in Bluetooth connectivity, the controller allows real-time monitoring and configuration via the Solar Mate II app on smartphones and tablets (available on IOS or Android). It also stores historical data, including daily, monthly, and total power generation statistics, as well as event records for troubleshooting.
- Battery Temperature Compensation: When using an optional Battery Temperature Sensor (BTS), the controller dynamically adjusts charging voltage based on battery temperature, preventing overcharging or undercharging in extreme conditions. Compensation can be configured via the Solar Mate II app.
- Extreme Environment Resilience: Designed to withstand harsh climates, the controller supports solar charging at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 60°C, ensuring reliable operation in diverse applications.
- Flexible Installation: The TBB-SF100-30 can be mounted in multiple orientations for easy integration into existing systems.
- Parallel Capabilities: Multiple units can be connected in parallel via the RV-C ports. The TBB-SF100-30 controller supports up to four devices in parallel configuration.
Built-in Protection Features:
- PV Input Reverse Polarity Protection: Automatically shuts down in case of incorrect PV wiring.
- PV Overvoltage Protection: Prevents damage from excessive input voltage.
- Controller Overtemperature Protection: Dynamically reduces output power and shuts down if internal temperatures exceed safe thresholds.
- Battery Overtemperature Protection: Monitors battery temperature in real-time (when BTS is connected) and adjusts charging current to prevent overheating.
