Flexible AC & solar charging – 2kW and 5kW modes

The P5000M provides multiple charging options, offering users flexibility and control over their power needs. It includes a charging switch that allows users to toggle between 2kW and 5kW charging modes, depending on the available power source and desired charging speed:

• Slow AC charging (2kW mode): Connect the mains AC cable to the 2kW AC input port and plug it into a standard mains socket. The unit will charge at a maximum of 2,000W.


• Fast AC charging (5kW mode): For rapid charging, connect the 5kW AC input port to a dedicated mains wiring outlet rated for up to 5,000W. This setup requires professional installation.


• Solar charging: The P5000M supports solar input from one or two PV arrays. A single array can provide up to 3,500W, while two arrays can deliver up to 7,000W, making it a powerful renewable energy solution.

 

High-efficiency solar input

Designed for maximum solar energy utilisation, the P5000M features dual MPPT solar inputs, allowing for efficient charging via solar panels. With a combined solar input capacity of 7,000W (2 x 500V/14A), the P5000M can be fully recharged using the sun, making it ideal for off-grid and sustainable energy applications.

For high-power applications, the 5kW AC EPS output port can supply a dedicated 5,000W to a single appliance via fixed wiring. Professional installation is required for this setup.
